Financial and Development Consultant on final phase of the Greenbridge HOPE VI redevelopment. Scope of work included initial master plan study and phasing, financial modeling, unit distribution plan, construction cost estimating, operational feasibility, HUD mixed finance closing, investor negotiations and due diligence, construction bridge loan and permanent debt structuring, project cost tracking, public funders application, WSHFC application and final cost certification
