Services included financial constructability, lender and tax credit investor procurement and selection, lender and investor due diligence, partnership and debt document review and edit, tax credit application, public funder applications, tax credit investor modeling. Brawner’s subsidiary, McCullough Allen provided Owner’s Representative services prior to and during construction.
